Welcome to Event Train USA, your trusted provider of trackless train for rent, mechanical rides, and full-service party solutions. By booking our services or visiting our website (eventtrainusa.com), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. General Agreement

By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, or booking a rental, you acknowledge that you:

  • Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
  • Are at least 18 years old
  • Agree to comply with all rules, policies, and instructions provided by Event Train USA

Event Train USA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

2. Booking & Payment Terms

a. Booking Confirmation

A booking is officially confirmed only after:

  • Deposit or full payment is received
  • Date and time of your event are verified
  • A confirmation message is sent by Event Train USA

b. Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Debit/Credit cards
  • Bank transfers
  • Cash payments (when arranged in advance)

c. Late Payments

Late payments may result in cancellation or event delay.

3. Rental Packages & Service Hours

Event Train USA offers three pricing categories:

  • Standard Package
  • Premium Package
  • Platinum Full-Day Package (11 AM – 9 PM)

Packages include a conductor/driver, setup, operation, and takedown.

Service hours must be pre-arranged. Overtime fees apply if the rental exceeds the booked time.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

a. Customer Cancellations

  • 48+ hours before event: Full refund or credit
  • Less than 48 hours: 50% refund
  • Same-day cancellations: No refund

b. Weather Policy

For outdoor events, weather may affect operations.
If conditions are unsafe (heavy rain, lightning, flooding):

  • Event Train USA may reschedule your event at no cost
  • If rescheduling is not possible, a credit will be issued

Refunds for weather cancellations are not guaranteed.

5. Safety Rules & Requirements

To ensure a safe experience:

  • Children must remain seated during the ride
  • Parents or guardians must supervise children at all times
  • No standing, leaning, or jumping on/off the train
  • No alcohol or rowdy behavior onboard
  • Event Train USA staff have authority to stop rides if rules are broken

Unsafe environments (steep hills, unsafe surfaces, narrow paths, etc.) may require route changes or cancellation.

6. Operational Limits

  • Train cannot operate on steep hills, muddy ground, uneven terrain, or unsafe surfaces
  • Adequate space must be provided for turning and routing
  • Event Train USA reserves the right to assess the event location upon arrival
  • If the area is not suitable for safe operation, the event may be halted without refund

7. Liability & Damage

a. Customer Responsibility

You agree to:

  • Provide a safe, secure operating environment
  • Ensure all event attendees follow staff instructions
  • Take responsibility for damage caused by guests, children, or property misuse

b. Company Liability

Event Train USA carries liability insurance but is not responsible for:

  • Injuries resulting from failure to follow safety rules
  • Damages caused by unsafe event environments
  • Delays caused by factors outside our control (traffic, weather, mechanical issues)

8. Equipment Care & Conduct

Any intentional damage, misuse, or vandalism to the train or equipment will result in repair fees charged to the booking party.

Smoking, vaping, and alcohol near the train are strictly prohibited.

9. Travel & Distance Fees

Events beyond 20 miles of our dispatch location may incur a mileage fee of:

  • $1.20 per mile

This will be calculated and communicated during booking.

10. Photography & Media Use

Event Train USA may take photos or short videos during events for promotional purposes.

If you do not wish to appear in promotional content, please inform us in writing before the event at:

11. Website Use Terms

By accessing eventtrainusa.com, you agree not to:

  • Copy or distribute website content
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers)
  • Attempt to breach our security or databases
  • Submit false information through contact forms

Violation may result in restricted access.
